  1. The brave Turkish soldiers would have fought to the last man to stop the Nazis. Turkey was not good terrain for Blitzkrieg tactics.

  3.  @ajsimo2677  Yes, Turkey was no longer the empire that dominated the Balkans and the Middle East. Even so, Turkey would have opposed a Nazi invasion by any means necessary.

  4. Since the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem sided with the Nazis maybe there would have been no Jihad. The Axis and the Arab Muslims had a common enemy, the British Empire that controlled Palestine, Iraq and Egypt, thus maybe there would have been a tacit alliance between the Axis and the Arabs.

  6. Initially Rommel's mission in North Africa was to prevent the defeat of Italy there. Rommel however went far beyond this mission and tried to defeat the British and to take Egypt, the Germans overestimated their capabilities in North Africa and deployed more and more troops there.
