By the way...Yes, your purchase of salmon is the same kind I'm given to purchase. Been doing so for a few years. Back a year or so it was running approx $1.50 a can and thus $18.00 for a case of 12 thru Amazon. I thot when first opening the can, How neat and clean and good sized chunks, not the flakey mush. Then at some point when prices were rising with seemingly everything and the salmon went to approx $2.00 a can I thought ..outrageous.. the price went further up and didn't purchase for awhile. Good situation I had the 12 cans and it would last awhile. I'd keep track and when getting low on product is when I'd buy again. Approx $4.00 a can at some point you know of...wow!! It is one of the foods I like and can eat. I like you have certain foods that are agreeable to me. I hope you share how you make the salmon. If you already have then I will surely find out as your videos I view.

While sharing regarding foods that I have food agreeable and so much so that after a single bite I feel almost right away better... Is a health type bar. NUTRA GRAIN. Both the blueberry and apple I most enJOY the flavors of. There is a strawberry one, only to me unable to taste that flavor. The apple more the spice flavor of apple pie to me. The bars are soft.and without a sugary candy taste. More of the grain taste, kinda like oatmeal.

What a Sweet Journey from The Lighthouse and all the way through. I remember so fondly a Seagull in Manistee County with the Lighthouse there within view. Had ordered some take - out pizzas and with other items went to a park there by the shores. Dear little Seagull who so enJOYed some pizza with me. On one of my videos titled ..Kindness.. there the Seagull may be found with the Lighthouse in the background of the photo.
