Pro fascist Ukrainian bots? 🤔
Ukraine manufactured the majority of the Soviet Union’s weapons. Artillery, tanks, aviation and ships. Mostly in the oblasts now under Russian occupation.
Regardless, today , Ukraine still produces over 50% of its military capabilities on home soil. There has been 7fold increase in military innovation and production in Ukraine since this invasion started Feb 2022. This much I know and understand to be true so although Russia still has a lot of power in numbers, hardware and artillery/missiles, the actual structure of the industrial sector is so corrupt that we will soon see it imploding as a result. Sanctions won’t help either.
December 2022 Russian claimed they expected a 3trillion Ruble deficit for the year 2023. In the 1st 3 months they already have a 3.6 trillion Ruble deficit 😬
Yes they can still sell oil gass to India , China and other countries but there is a big question of how and if they are actually making any profits off of those sales. If India is buying oil at $45per barrel and it costs Russia $40 to provide it, it’s not much of a profit.
Another angle, Russian demographic! A population of majority aging population in or about to retire. 38 million population already on government benefits.
Looking back at Putin’s presidency, his popularity would drop drastically every time he tried to change or decrease the pension and the benefits people were getting. They resulted each time in protests. If today’s Russian budget can’t generate enough income to pay these people, it will be very difficult to see putin get out of it alive .
BTW check out China supporting the military government in Myanmar. China supplies weapons, pays for the building of gass / oil pipelines and 2 deep sea ports that will allow China to supply itself with vital resources, bypassing the Strait of Malacca!!!
That should be interesting to see if any countries try to stop that from happening! 🤔
