  1. Alexander's remark about criminals is interesting. I did not know that! But I suppose it is obvious that they would think that way. And yes, it is probably, by extension also true of our leaders, they are after, all criminals, almost to a man or woman!

  2. Once upon a time, (At a time when China was relatively weak.) the Collective West was very keen on "Free competition" and more or less forced the Chinese to join the World Trade Organization. Many friends of China were aghast at the Chinese for doing this, thinking that it would choke off Chinese development. However, a year or two back, the Chinese sued the US for infringing the WTO's rules, in the WTO's court and the US responded by blocking the functioning of the court!

  3. It may be that the CW always think short-term and the Chinese always think long-term. The threat to put tariffs on Chinese EVs would cause (perhaps) a short term problem for China, putting a stop to trade with Russia would be a long-term threat to China. IDK, can the CW leaders be that stupid? If you judge by what they say and do, it seems, they are!
