  1. A reason for a more immediate call-up is fears about how the CW will react to a Ukrainian defeat. Will they accept it and negotiate or will they panic and launch all the strength they have left to overcome their overwhelming fears about a Russian victory? As you say, the WoWs have no reverse gear and given a Ukrainian defeat perhaps they will simply double down and throw in all their remaining strength to try to reverse their defeat? I haven't expressed that very well but perhaps you can understand what I am thinking.
