No. This is all the result of the unintended consequences of "Project Ukraine". Just another step along the way of the Centuries old project to overthrow the Russian Government, carve up Russia into manegable pieces and live happily ever after on the proceeds of looting it! The Poles tried it & failed. Napoleon tried it & failed Hit*er tried it & failed. And it now looks as though the Biden White House has tried it & failed. When will they ever learn?
