  1. 31:40 If the Ukrainians "feel betrayed", they have only themselves to blame, as if you look back in history to the founding of the colonies, i.e. even before the founding of the US, there a sorry trail of broken treaties. Hardly a treaty, in fact, that the US has ever signed that it has not sooner or later ducked out of. As the Russians have said, not long since, the Americans are not "agreement-capable". Indeed, I wonder why any country would waste time negotiating a treaty with the USA.
