  1. 33:01 Borrell not accepting responsibility for decisions; this reminds me of my mother talking to some (Pro-PRC) Chinese students in Cambridge in 1950 when she called Chiang Kai-shek a "bad egg". The students looked shocked and one of them said: "We wouldn't say he's that bad! We might, however, call him a "sad pudding". I feel that that epithet, fits the current crop of European leaders (except Orban and the new Italians) pretty well!
