The ISW is an American Organization, and the American way is to boost oneself as more wonderful than one really is. Russian understatement is SO IRRITATING because it means that one cannot say things like: "the Russians said they were going to be in Dniepro last month and they still arnn't there!" Only yesterday, I had to correct someone who said that "The Russians said in 2022, they were going to take Kiev in two days and they still haven't managed it!"

The alternative, you see is too horrible to contemplate, the alternative being, that it is impossible to defeat the Russians! Surely, if only there were enough WILL put into it we couold find some tanks, guns ammo, javelins, stingers, triple7s, HIMAS, Storm shadows, Shovels, what have you, that would turn the tide in Zelensky's favour!
