It is very remarkable how advances in, not only technology but also even in evolution, take place more quickly once someone else has done "it". (Whatever "it" is.) That the Iranians have been able to develop things more quickly than expected, is, I think based on a lack of understanding how science works. Science is not like magic. If the solution to a problem exists and particularly, if the group working on a problem knows that the solution exists, they can usually work it out, using the same rules and clues that the previous group used. If you have a group of competent scientists and engineers working closely together they can solve all sorts of problems, particularly if they know that other groups of scientists have already solved the same problem. That Iran and North Korea have worked together is also quite probable. Why wouldn't they?

55:30 About the question of "Will" and "Capability". An interesting parallel occurs to me between the personal level and the state level. In psychiatry, it is well understood that people suffering from a neurosis, may have potential abilities, that they are quite incapable of using, because of some screw-up in the way their thinking works. In an analagous way it seems the Collective West has the ability, to make all the weapons Ukraine demands, but because of the way the economy is arranged, it is impossible for them to organise themselves to do so.
