55:03 The US adninistration could not have implimented any of the Minsk Agreements because that would have meant abandoning their plans to conquer and dismantle Russia, which have been maturing for God only knows how many decades, (7 or 8 at least.) That was never going to happen. For example it would have meant Victoria Nuland abandoning her life's work.

I think that if the US administration saw the trouble coming (as they may have done) they did not care, because they still think (thought?) of themselves as "All powerful".
