  1. 43:38 This renaming of streets looks to me like panic. I know a man whose wife gave birth to a desperately sick child with a huge tumor in its body. Instead of worrying about treatment to deal with the tumor, he was obssessing about the danger of scarring on the child's arms as a result of the needles that were being inserted ! In the event, the child lasted only a couple of weeks after its birth. This looks similar, I don't know, if in the losss of the Titanic, there really was a reorganisation of the deckchairs, but if the story is true, it could be another example of the same sort of irrational behaviour as a result of panic.
