  1. Sometimes there is no backlight for the switches. My Tribute has no backlight. Never has. First thing you should check is that bottom switch. If On, it prevents all the other widows from going down. i.e. child protection. When you are done, and the truck is given back to the owner, he will wonder why all the things that he never knew he had are now suddenly working. 😁
