ORESHNIK means Hazel or Hazelnut tree Lots of nuts on a Hazel tree, so could indicate a multiple head payload or multiple independent target acquisition missile that sheds many sub munitions or the capability to do so, rather like a shotgun with guided targeted shot not just a scatter pattern. If so then this is something to be worried about. Fire one missile hit many targets and if each one can be independently guided from a ground signal or operator who can intervene on a pre determined target location this can be a definite gamechanger unlike the bs from the west. Similar weapons do exist but Russia has a habit of innovation, Especially with those re-purposed Hotpoint washing machines, they wobble a bit as they are not very aerodynamic but they do go with bang for the bucks
