Based on the lies coming from the USA and other co-operators viz the Minsk accords betrayal, it would be something the Russians would seriously consider a highly likely situation. I would not be surprised if Israel's hawks with US approval and assistance had not already trained Ukraine or PMC or "volunteers" in such systems.
