  1. It's refreshing to see Professor Wolff speaking truth to the ignorant masses. I do, however, believe Professor Wolff isn’t looking at the big picture. When Professor Wolff said, “Regulation has always come; always in American history, when the victims of how capitalism has been working become so numerous and so embittered that they will finally rise up and make it happen.” To me, this perception of reality is naive in today’s World. This is not 1933; the US doesn’t have Roosevelt as president; there is a Five Eyes global surveillance system; there is the Utah data centre recording and analysing domestic communication; and today the police are militarized in tactics and equipment funded by the Federal Government. Combine this with the loss of rights due to such legislation as the National Defence Authorization Act – Section 10.21 and you have the perfect strategy to control an unruly populous. So to those that understand the US is not a democracy but a oligarchy of criminals whose deeds and intent are cloaked in credibility and respectability, you will appreciate the oligarch’s need for control should things get out of hand. The ignorant may be delusional and believe they have a say but when reality comes crashing down around you, what are you going to do? I would give up on the idea of voting Corporate Democrat – they aren’t going to help you; they work for the oligarchs. The only solace I see in this dilemma is the ongoing farce of the continual voting for the lesser of two (Republicrats) evils may finally come to an end. If you want to see what the final outcome may look like should potentially effective resistance be implemented by the majority, might I suggest you research the Ludlow Massacre.

  2. I'm sorry; might I suggest you read it again. I never said "Republicans as the lesser of two evils". For some reason your brain extracted that interpretation from the text. Take a close look at the text you've interpreted; take a close look at the word "Republicrat"; if you are lucky, you may find an error in your comprehension. “Republicrat” means the oligarchs’ single party. Under this control structure there are the Republicans and Democrats that are allowed to fight it out amongst themselves. But they are all controlled by the same covert oligarchical interests. This is the problem with the lazy and apathetic that makes up the majority; you see what you want to see and hear what you want to hear. But you are not alone; the majority of the population has been programmed to emulate your behavior. Yes, those who are awake live in a land surrounded by these individuals with the attention span of a goldfish and who can be easily programmed by emotion and not reason. And even though democracy is an imperative for freedom, when you see the majority with such a compromised skill set, it makes the idea of democracy truly frightening. These are the type of individuals that are only reacting to a current event in the 24 hour news cycle; they are incapable of seeing the big picture and that's the way the oligarchs want it. Years of selfishness, materialism and mindless acts have lead to this nation of fools. You don't have to go far to observe these mental midgets; just read the comments on MSNBC or CNN and the abundance of ignorance is staggering. These are the type of cretins that support the Iraq War and never question the rhetoric or intelligence lies; these are the type of imbeciles that blame the Podesta emails for the failure of Hillary and are incapable of ever reading and comprehending the content. So what is the fate of a nation of engineered imbeciles; the answer is simple. They are bound to the infinite pendulum and are doomed to swing perpetually between the only two parties allowed by the oligarchs. It’s like tapping the heads of rats in a cage to get them to go where it benefits you. The entirety of the rat’s existence lies within a few seconds of time and the only thing the rat knows is if he goes in a certain direction his instantaneous suffering will lessen.
