  2. No it didn't. It required schools to pass on other students that had higher qualifications for another based solely on the color of their skin. That's racism whether you want to here it or not. Even with these requirements in place we have a lot of "aspiring rap artisits" in the US. Good riddance!

  3. Im pretty sure I was referring to "Affirmative Action" which is a CURRENT form of racism. You forgot Slavery in Africa, where slavery STILL exists today by the way. Thanks for the history lesson though.

  4. This was a historic win for the humanity. Nobody should be given special privilege based on the color of their skin. Ending affirmative action in the workplace is next.
