Don't hide behind the color of law when it suits you. 🤣 Amaury could have stopped and sat his azz down on the property he was illegally trespassing and waited for police. He didn't because he was there for nefarious reasons. End of story, you know it as well as I do.

In a court of law they couldn't say for sure it was Amaury.. they were trying to stop him to ask him what he was doing on the property.. Again, what happened to Amaury is ridiculous and should never have happened. *I asked a simple question.. Noone is answering.

Trespassing without stealing something is still an enforceable crime. Had Amaury just been "jogging" down the street that would be a whole different story, but this isn't the case now is it?
