  1. That was a shame that some men lived & were trapped for 2 weeks before finally dying. And wasn't discovered until almost a year later.

  2. Thank you for that. Very insightful to solving the puzzle & mess that was Pearl Harbor after the Japanese attack on Dec 7th, 1941. Very awesome that a lot of these ships found retribution while the US was landing on the Philippines at Leyte Gulf. Too bad one or two was NOT available to Taffy 3. With Captain Evans as the Skipper of just one of those ships, he could have taken out the Yamato right then & there!!!
