  6.  @aleksandersuur9475  There're plenty of potential workers in CHina. What they lack is cumulative knowledge & technology which are now forbidden by US. Semiconductor is not world tech, but Americans monopolized tech. That's why US command of prohibited in effective. All IC foundries in the world uses American tech. Taiwan and Korea which any news agents boast its competent are only workers of American machines. ASML does also. Its EUV machine made on courtesy of American EUV light source and gave its world monopolized.
