@fartingfury Western suppliers were told by its mastermind to separate from 929. So the 929 tech will be all Russian and Chinese. RollsRoyce might have some on its engine.

If I am airline owner in China , I will exactly buy them because we don't know whether another Trump may use its airplane products as a trade weapon. So in view of China, US planes are unreliable products comes with low credibility in term of doing business.

No , its MD80. CRJ has 2-2 seat narrow cabin config. ARJ has 3-2 seat, same cabin to MD. Tail engine mounted on CRJ hinged side incline upward. ARJ it hinges lateral, again same as MD.

So the CAAC.FAR.25(China airwothiness license) is a shadow OF FAA.FAR 25 license. By the way, afterward US has aware on China aviation industry influence rise up. So they decie not to co-issue the airworthiness to any jet from China or Russia there on.
