  1. Most of IC fabricated techs are belong to US. Its not Europe negligence on this industry. It had a try but failed. Such an example of AMD in Dresden, Germany then had invested huge money introducing it set up there. That made Germany all lost until it was sold to Arab investment funds. Reason behind this is that US has always control and managing world hi tech industries. US gave IC tech industry to its both Asia vassals state South Korea and Taiwan. Those who try to emerge without US permit will be demolished like Japan IC industries in 90'.
