And now both sides have equal advantage/disadvantage to cross. 4. So? 5. HIMARS 6. The HIMARS strikes and public statements show Ukraine had intent and motivation to destroy the dam. 7. That’s conjecture. As you can see, you’ve provided no proof whatsoever, and have wasted everyone’s time.
