It seems pretty irresponsible for Ukraine to operate military assets in populated civilian centers. At least have the decency to evacuate the people first. And the reporter still found a way to work HIMARS into the discussion. Why are they trying to make them sound like super weapons? Isn’t that what they said about the 777 Howitzers?
