  1. Its pretty simple really. If you think you're a sovereign nation, your supreme court must take primacy. Indeed, I bet if you asked any head of state of a European EU member state if they were a sovereign nation state they'll say that they are. That is obviously incompatible and at odds with the view of the EU and the European Court. This is going to come up again and again. Only the Brits have solved the problem once and for all.

  4. You can't throw a nation sate out of the EU if it does not want to leave. The Poles do not want to leave the EU.

  5.  @AaronOkeanos  The problem is that you need to vote that in using the current unanimous voting system - and so, the 'Visigrad Four' won't vote for it.

  6. Possibly, but what they are saying in terms of national sovereignty trumps EU law makes the EU as we know it unworkable.
