I had a panic attack the other night and it was seriously a horrible feelin I felt like I coudlnt breath enough air and my palms were cold and sweaty.. I didnt know what to do. Now I understand ppl with anxiety and dont wish it on anyone.. this thing is takin a toll on everyone. I pray it ends soon🙏🏻
