She did it deliberately knowing full well she could pass it to someone who is vulnerable, or doesnt have the resources she has to get the best treatment and they could possibly die. You have to have a really rotten sould to do something like that. Many ppl have to work while sick or dont even know they have it, SHE KNOWS SHES INFECTED.
