  1. Its funny but its sad that many seniors do fall for that. Even on YouTube theres ad commercials for a supposedly government debit card to buy stuff and my grandma told me to call and ask. She already receives an OTC card from her health insurance so I told its the same thing but when I called they said it was another card but they needed ALL her info to give us more information. I told them I wanted to know first who gives the card and who qualifies for it. They wouldnt say and they hang up on me. Please tell you elders to NEVER give any info over the phone to anyone.
