Anyone with an IQ above 83 would be able to differentiate the country implied. Anyone with a basic understandings of Economics understands that US policy is closely tied with that of Canada. NAFTA, 80% of trade in Canada is done between the US border for example. Globalist identitarian politics is ubiquitous in North America. Anyone with just the basic understanding of Western culture knows this. Anyone paying the slightest bit of attention to Canadian media understands they are pushing the same narrative.
