Define it. Give specific examples

@vikr403 no. It's actually a terrible example. If you flip a coin 4 times you might get heads twice in a row. That doesn't mean the odds are against tails. Maybe they didn't like your personality?

All these white repoters scolding us

@vikr403 you haven't made a cogent argument, or definition.

@buffmordecai1498 I actually agree with you; that Quebec is the most racist province in Canada. I also (actually) believe there is systemic racism in Canada. Hell, I can even provide a very good example (imo), but alas, no one's asking. Just projecting. I was only asking for an example. (Not an anecdotal assumption) Let me be clear: my definition of systemic racism is: A policy or practice that actively discriminates against an individual based on their race or ethnicity, or: A form of racism that is embedded as normal practice within society or an organization. In my definition, systemic racism is NOT: anecdotal observation, where the only 'evidence' you have is the assumption of motive. I believe in facts, and evidence. How do you define 'systemic racism'? Can you provide an example of systemic racism in Canada?

@stevebannon9688 no, to be fair it's just anecdote. My sister lives there and that's what she says. I Google searched it and there are a lot of examples, but I'm not going to use them because I didn't get my original belief from that. My mind could be changed easily, I'm not set on that "belief"

Freddie Jones you have made a very compelling argument. Very deep.
