Comments by "" (@Picklemedia) on "India's COVID-19 death toll surpasses 200,000 as cases spiral out of control" video.
Also, 1.6 million people die from tuberculosis every year and it's 100% preventable. Truth is, (we the global 1%) do not care about poor countries because it does not affect us. This video is designed to garner fear, not empathy?

Tuberculosis: 1.6 M every year. Tuberculosis: completely preventable. (Roughly 1 billion to prevent globally) Children: 3.1 M from malnutrition / year. Rich people actually don't care about poor countries because it does not affect them. People expressing concern are virtue signaling, or completely ignorant., Or both.

@mikebrian1524 true story Mike. Not to mention that over 3 million children perish from malnutrition every year and the media is not only silent, but encouraging economic closures. United Nations estimates as many as 128 million people could perish from supply chain disruptions, largely due to economic lockdowns. I would share the link but GOOGLE WON'T LET ME

Jerri M what's the fatality rate expressed as a percentage? (In India)

Dave, you are correct. Their fatality rate is very low. But even if it wasn't: Tuberculosis kills 1.6 million people every year, it is completely preventable, yet we do nothing about it. It would only cost 1 billion dollars to treat the entire globe for TB. Rich people actually don't care about poor countries, because it doesn't affect them. Most of the people in the comments (virtue signaling rich people) have not donated a single dollar of their income towards helping poor people. 3.1 million children die from malnutrition every year, and some people are perfectly okay with closing down the global economy to save a very small number of (rich) old sick people. *If you make an income of $34,000 American you are in the global one percent
