If the virus spreads among the vaccinated, and the vaccinated are more likely to be asymptomatic, shouldn't the vaccinated people stay home? Serious question

We should put a star on their jacket so we can identify them?

@Plug604 yes, vaccinating into a pandemic with a leaky vaccine that does not give sterilized immunity only puts evolutionary pressure on the virus to produce new variants. Just two more weeks though...

@godmaentertainment4375 great point. It's like Joy Behar saying that "you cannot catch or spread covid if you are double vaxxed" Now there's a bunch of people being Reckless (according to their own standards) with their false sense of security.

@Puggalug you are making a couple false assumptions... I never said the virus doesn't spread amongst the unvaccinated. It does. I never said unvaccinated can't be asymptomatic spreaders. They can. What I said was 100% fact, what you said was 100% conjecture. The virus indeed spreads amongst vaccinated, and the vaccinated are indeed more likely to be asymptomatic. Fact. If your favourite colour is red, that does not guarantee my favourite colour is blue... That would be absolutely RTRDed Do you understand that correlation does not equal causation? Do you acknowledge that: mental gymnastics, misrepresentation, and sleight-of-hand are your only tools of argument? Everything I said has been covered by global news already. I can send you the links if you is like. first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

@aldomontoya the largest study was conducted in Iceland (2.3 million people) it showed that 77% of breakthrough cases were amongst the vaccinated. Source: GLOBAL NEWS "breakthrough cases:" how covid-19 impacts the fully vaccinated (published on August 21st) on YouTube Sorry but it will not let me share a link. Can you Source your "statistics" please? Can you please Source your "statistics"?
1
@aldomontoya Lol. the study was taken during a vaccination rate of 70%. 77% over 70 is a net gain. (Statistics 101) Let's do a mental exercise: Why would global News publish false information that went against their entire narrative? Do you think it's possible that the study was so large and conclusive, that public perception would drop if ignored? If 70% is a lie, and 90% is the real number, why does global still have the video published? Why no retraction? Do you think you are a better fact checker than pro vaccine networks? Are you saying that global News is using falsified information? My reference material is from global News, and I am confronting global News... you do realize that right? So who is wrong here? Global news, or global News?

@aldomontoya well, I'm glad you watched the video! your assertion is that the virus spreads more amongst the unvaccinated, and the data I gave you (from global News) said the opposite. They DID report on the reduction of severe outcome and death, but we are not talking about that. We are talking about the spread, so that is a straw man argument. (As if parts of that video are outdated and others aren't LOL. No cherry picking there..) AS IF pro vaccine global News wouldn't retract that story, or updated if they could LOL! Is that your final answer? What they said back then is false, and they are just too busy to update the story or retract it? That they are just innocent, they were handed bad information, and because they're too busy fighting the good fight, they haven't got around to fixing that? Is that your position? By the way you still haven't produced a single number other than a false one.

@aldomontoya how is it possible for 77% of breakthrough cases to happen ONLY in the vaccinated? Please explain what the other 23% would be LOL Arguing semantics is adorable.
1
@aldomontoya LOL. All the 77% were 'breakthrough' cases because they were vaccinated. In the video they were describing the vaccinated at that moment. The other 23% were unvaccinated, and would be designated as 'cases' This is not a conspiracy, you are just wrong.

My name is aldomontoya. I believe that Iceland conducted a study with 2.3 million people to discover the difference between fully vaccinated and single-dose patients, and it turns out 77% we're fully inoculated and 23% were partially inoculated. BECAUSE THAT MAKES PERFECT SENSE.
1
@aldomontoya well I guess I f*** up and conflated that study with another one didn't I?
1
@aldomontoya see how I did that?
1
@aldomontoya a breakthrough case is when someone who has been vaccinated gets covid again. It's that simple. In the video they were just talkin about the vaccinated people who got covid again at the moment. The other 23% of the people in the study in Iceland were unvaccinated at the time that Iceland had a 70% vaccination rate. I can easily admit my mistakes why can't you?
1
@aldomontoya what percentage of new cases happen in vaccinated versus unvaccinated? You won't answer this question.
1
@aldomontoya LOL you think the other 23% are partially vaccinated LOL still making me chuckle buddie thank you
