I would highly recommend looking into carnivore/keto diet. Low fat and high carb is the worst thing you could possibly do for your body. Just look up cholesterol and the medical doctors who speak about how high cholesterol is NOT bad.

I thought so too until he gave nutritional advice. High carb, high sugar, low fat diet is the most metobolically damaging way of eating you can do. Cholesterol is not bad, it’s currently being debunked. We need fat more than anything. We need the least amount of sugar possible for health.

Carbs ARE the devil. High animal fat and protein diet and low/zero carb and sugar low/zero plant diet is the most healing way of eating there is.

You seem like such a good guy but I would highly recommend looking more into the science and biology of why cholesterol is GOOD and why sugar and carbs are reeeeeallly not good.

There are many doctors who have done the same and DO NOT recommend a plant based diet because they learned it is dangerous. A meat based diet is the ultimate human diet. Check out Dr Anthony Chaffee.

@saigonbaby just look up some studies and some YouTube that aren’t promoting low fat diets. You’d be amazed how much we’ve been lied to. Especially about cholesterol, just start there.

@GoobieAndDoobie I don’t disagree with that ❤️ I am just saddened how we have been blinded into thinking fat is bad, it is the most important thing for the body. Plants hold many toxins and legumes and grains are even worse. There are many medical doctors who’ve quit their job just like you did and which was why I followed you. They quit their jobs because they found the real answers on nutrition and their workplace didn’t support it.

So why do you think that when a baby is in the womb and a baby is living off of the mother’s breast milk that the baby is in ketosis? Developing properly on a high in saturated fat breast milk. Ketosis is the ultimate way of life. Long term plant based/low fat diets will hurt the body.

@GoobieAndDoobie that’s great, I would search into how toxic nuts and seeds are. It’s not a natural way for humans to get fat. If you think about it, nuts and seeds were almost non existent for our ancestors. Plant based is really rough on the system.

Look up the real studies on this way of eating, there aren’t any. But we do have proof behind animal based diets. Why do you think babies on breast milk are ketogenic? Because that’s what the body needs, a high fat, moderate protein formula. Then we get them off of this formula and add a bunch of junk like carbs and sugar and things go wrong.

I know many people who have cured eczema with a healthy meat based diet. Dr Anthony Chaffee speaks much about his own journey with his eczema being cured with a meat based diet. The body needs animal fat and protein.

Salt isn’t the problem, it’s the food itself that one is eating. Vegans have issues long term because all of the vitamins and minerals in vegan food aren’t very bioavailable along with too much sugar and plant toxins. The inflammation is due to the body retaining water from too many carbs and sugar. Reduce carbs and sugar, eat more ruminant fatty meat and you’d be amazed with the results and mental clarity. The body needs less carbs/sugar and more healthy animal protein and fat. And the body doesn’t just need salt, it needs the right salt which is whole salt like Celtic salt.
