Southern England is really dominated by the Banking industry and folks most difficult mathematical calculation that a Governor of the Bank of England will be using is the simple compound interest equation. In fact folks don't need any qualifications at all like Fred the Shred of RBS who thought that the Bank financial statements were in Millions not Billions. Its why Britian is FUBAR PPONR disaster.   2. Looks lile Liz 'Mad as a Brush' Truss was correct that the indigenous English Northerners outside of Londonistan are Lazy, stupid and indolent. Who Knew! But then again how many are going to work and educate themselves when there is absolutely no future for a part of the country they couldn't even sell to the Chinese in a Fire Sale they called 'The Northern Powerhouse'
