Now that's been settled and the Russian Special Operation has been completed, if the Ukrainian Proxy Government of the the O'Biden regime agrees not to now attack Russia, then the Putin Full Declaraion of war of what remains of Ukraine doesn't have to be declared. Ukraine really wouldn't a tactical nuclear weapon to be used within Ukraine. The O'Biden regime of course couldn't really care.

Of course if there is not any negotiated settlement after realising that the four previous regions of what was Ukraine in their Civil war are Russia now, then Ukraine is just about to be fully demolished.
