Of course when the CBDC is introduced and electricity is required to make purchase transactions and there is only the OFGEM Luxury electricity UK market available they will have a solution such as a Mark or Chip in the forehead or hand.

Its such a shame that the UK has no energy resources of its own and that a Russian embargo of Energy that the UK Government introduced by itself has caused energy prices to double and double again.   3. As Electricity is a Luxury commodity unlike Gold (which isn't VAT rated at all), surely it makes sense to add the full 20% VAT rate to the cost of such a luxury product.
