You cut a fart in public, chances are someone is there to be recording that and post it online. We live in the most surveillanced time in history, its like George Orwell's 1984. Rodney King couldn't happen like that in 2002 without the world knowing about it. Crazy how in literally 30 yeas the world has changed so much. 1992 April 29 is when the Rodney King riots in L.A. happened. Those old enough to have been teens or young adults in 1990's will see the changes.
