  19. I’m with you on stressing the importance of bottom up and local and state candidates getting elected. But I don’t know what your point is, rather have Trump? A president who vetoed the bipartisan Yemen bill? Feels like a false choice or an extreme. We can have both, it’d be better. Obama was too concerned with playing nice. I don’t see Bernie being lukewarm two years into office about the people and things he’s fighting for. He doesn’t slow down. He’ll bring the good fight to the people (like with McConnell) and keep the public engaged with activism.
