OSCE Special Monitoring Mission inspecting the place of incident assessed from its study of five craters that they were caused by "rockets fired from a north-north-eastern direction". Why would Ukraine shell their own checkpoint?

The report stated FIVE shells from a NNE direction aka...separatist held territory. Initially, seperatist took responsibility for this incident, which they thought was a successful destruction of the Ukrainian roadblock. After the information about civilian bus hit the news, they denied having "even technical possibilities" to shell that area. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission inspecting the place of incident assessed from its study of five craters that they were caused by "rockets fired from a north-north-eastern direction". No official report was done on the type of rockets used. Therefore that is completely irrelevant as Ukraine has not had a chance to refute it

The world chose to believe the independent observers over what Russia is saying. Wouldn't you believe what the independent observers were saying above what USA or UK says? Of coarse you would. Don't get mad at the international community...we just did the same thing Russia would do.

HAS AN OFFICIAL INDEPENDENT/ REPORT BEEN MADE ABOUT THE ROCKET TYPE USED? Otherwise you can say it forever, it is not entered into evidence.
