@jangolub8240 "Is it an opinion based on nothing?" Russia fires shells and rockets and we find the pieces that have date codes. That is not nothing. A country with supposed millions of shells is buying from NK and Iran. Every source including Russian ones are complaining about lack of ammunition.

They are running low. Russia is using shells made last year or 40 years ago. NOT shells made 5, 10 or even 20 years ago as it should be. Why do that hmmm? Why no more devastating artillery barages of 50 to 60 thousand shells per day, like in Lysychansk? Now they are down 20 thousand or even 10 thousand per day. The fact they are running low is the reason they have not been able to sustain enough pressure on the Ukrainians for decisive victories.
