  6. Peter Hitchens has been on here more than once Wasn’t anyone listening ? I’d recommend his description of Social Conservatism to the leader of the SDP Unfortunately it’s been misunderstood and misrepresented and now rejected by the population. As he has said people love big brother they want a big state to protect them.

  9. I never thought I’d say this but for the sake of what’s left of the cultural and social identities of the home nations break the Union. It’s a fake construct that’s was created or political and economic reasons to give strength to the emerging empire ,it contains nothing social or cultural. The Empire has gone so ditch it . Before the Financial and Political Powers that are the British State ruin us all. To quote Cromwell re The Rump Parliament Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage Sounds like The Tories,New Labour, Lib Dem’s,Greens etc
