  14.  @jasoncowley4718  If that were true then hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians should be dead by now, instead, less than 10k Ukrainians died according to the Un and the vast majority of them died near the frontlines where they are a victim of collateral damage. There is absolutely no proof that Russia targets civilians, if they were, they can just point their artillery and MLRS towards Kharkov from within their own borders and flatten the city and kill hundreds of thousands.
