That's a pretty stupid analysis of yours. Most of Ukraine's artillery is literally from the Soviet Union, thus they are using the same ammo as Russia, if not worse since Ukraine is practically a weak economy and poor country. The Western artillery ammo isn't really accurate either. What makes artillery accurate is how you position the artillery gun, so you have to take wind and other factors into consideration when getting a precise shot. This is why drones are important for both sides, using drones they can accurately hit targets regardless of their shells. Ukraine has a little amount of those smart western artillery shells such as Excalibur guided artillery shell which obviously doesn't need precise artillery aiming to hit it's target dead on. But guess what? Russia also has those stuff and it's called krasnopol in much bigger numbers than Ukraine. Russian artillery decimated every Ukrainian attack along the Luhansk line and in Kherson when Russian Army was there. It's pretty stupid for you to criticize Russia over soviet artillery shells when Ukraine uses the exact same thing... Another thing, it seems like you follow baseless propaganda statements with no proof. No evidence of Russia getting 2 million shells from North Korea.
Furthermore, the Russian military industrial complex will continue making tens of thousands of artillery shells to supply the Russian Army, these stuff are just big bullets, doesn't require any rocket science, thus very easy for Russia since they have unlimited resources to make millions of artillery shells regardless of sanctions, which have clearly failed, and instead, Russia significantly ramped up their production of tanks and BMPs. So much of "refrigerators" and "microwaves"
