@gingerlicious3500 The VDV and the first guards tank army was not "decimated" you literally have no sources to believe this, the VDV singlehandedly stopped the Ukrainian offensive in Kherson, destroying Ukrainian offensive capabilities and forcing them to rotate their troops to regain offensive capabilities...

But in fact, this is only for propaganda purposes. It wont and cannot work, Russians could easily tell the Ukrainians they want to surrender and when the Ukrainians appear, they all get killed in Russian ambush.
