Well it sucks but better that they do. There are plenty of countries out there that don’t have a well developed financial system with a lot of economics professionals. Those countries are failing. Times are tough and believe me, my mortgage has gone from a third of my income to over half each week. We have to trust the fact that, even though we don’t like it, these people are giving us the better option. We have to face it. The Australian economy is very weak. Right now the government is just trying to get us through the foreseeable future hoping that better times are ahead… but they may not be.

@coolherman you need to live in reality. We’re in the shit and no other course of action will solve it. Stop complaining about actions taken when there is no other choice. Either way it’s gonna be bad, this is jus the less bad choice.
