  2.  @mela6046  No; some politicians in India want to tax the citizens of India no matter where they live. Under the proposal, Indian citizens would get credit for the tax they're paying in other countries (much like the US government does with US citizens); but there would be no more escaping taxation merely by moving to another country. (The proposal in India hasn't yet become law).
