"look at the differences between faith and reason"? But reasoning is a mental process that can be done with or without faith. We reason by using premises that we accept/believe. We believe/accept claims either on good (knowledge) or bad (faith) reasons. So I don't know why you feel the need to make such a comparison...when faith can be an essential ingredient of our reasoning. I think that you first need to define what we accept as knowledge. Only then you will see that your "lecture" and the accusations on scientism are useless and nonsensical. Knowledge are claims with known truth value. A claim is true when it is in agreement with facts. Facts have an empirical nature. Science is not the only way to know things about the world....but even everyday knowledge is based on empirical verification. Logical absolutes and rules are also based on empirical validation. Empiricism is a pragmatic necessity.

Science is the most credible path way to evaluate knowledge claims. Criticizing scientism is a cheap attempt to create a gap for their belief.

@martam4142 I don't need to use logic to prove science credibility and epistemic success. Historic and academic facts plus logic are the suitable tools for this task.
