  1. EDD never EVER responds to us. It's funny when EDD owes you money you can't ever contact them. Like ever. But if you owe them money or they want something from you they definitely make themselves available. Well that's not how it works EDD. Don't spin this like EDD is the victim. They're the worse people face of the earth.

  14.  Nevin Reid  I got my money on auto pay. I've been through an unemployment overpayment, offset, an appeal. Won the appeal (had to pay it back but no False Statement or penalty code 1374 I think.) An readjustment from Unemployment to disability (no tax tho), payment stopped 4 different times. A determination, a pre-appeal hearing with is on an 8 percent chance of winning. WON the pre-appeal hearing. Reversed the determination. They incepted my state tax. Refunded me my state tax because they took it by mistake instantly (but I have to wait 8-12 weeks to get it back. Countless messages, phone calls, real mail and arguing. All done in 9 months tho. Some people hasn't been paid their money in years. You gotta stay on them.

  16.  Nevin Reid  send messages from the EDD website. Be agressive with your message. Call overpayments and complain to them, because if you owe the EDD money trust me they pick up. Lol I called overpayments and she transferred me to an EDD AGENT. She picked and transferred me immediately to the automated line. Smh but u might get lucky. Send regular mail complains too. I write my senator Ben hesco and they contacted me in 2 days. After that I saw movement on my account after 5 days
