  1. But if ASML (or whom ever is makes the required machines) is restricted from importing to China then not sure how useful it will be. Have not read the article but have heard of this issue before for years.

  2. Probably better for IBM to license it (if actually good) since they might have hiccups/delays building out the fabs.
