  1. I don’t know if AMD selling of the technology is a bigger threat or that ARM has supposedly lost control of its China subsidiary to the management (with supposedly backing from government). Unless one company or country controls the entire industry (like Japan with high end cameras) it is hard to keep China from acquiring at least the older version of the tech since there is competition of who will get access to Chinas big market.
